Abstract
Case report of a congenital craniopharyngioma in a full-term male stillborn infant. The tumour was remarkable for its size (10.5 X 9.5 X 6.5 cm) which exceeds those already published in the literature, and for the fact that hydrocephaly was minimal. Histologically, there were long, thin spaces lined by a cubic-like epithelium, and a large number of keratinized epidermic pearls containing peripheral keratohyalin granules. The clinical and neuropathological aspects of this tumour are compared with those of four other cases published in the literature.Entities:
