Evaluation: methods and strategy for evaluation--California.

Abstract

In this report, the author documents the many successes in California's history of tobacco control efforts, and the primary role given to evaluation. She provides a comprehensive overview of California's multidimensional evaluation structure and concludes with key lessons gleaned from a decade of evaluation research.
