Abstract
We describe a patient with an unusual coronary anatomic variance in which separate origins of the left anterior descending, left circumflex and the intermediate arteries arose from the left coronary aortic sinus. The importance of demonstrating the separate ostium of an intermediate artery is emphasized.Entities:
