Abstract
Eight peptoids have been synthesized as peptidomimetics of the cytostatic Dolastatin 15, a depsipeptide isolated from the Indian sea hare Dolabella auricularia. The compounds have been tested against several human cancer cell lines and did not show any cytostatic properties.Entities:
