Abstract
The karyotype of the Bateleur (Terathopius ecaudatus) was studied with conventional and Ag-NOR staining, and using GTG and CBG banding. The karyotype organization is typically accipitrid, with satellites and few microchromosomes, close to the karyotypes of true vultures.Entities:
