Ectopic meningioma of the superior orbital rim.

J R Wolter, S C Benz.

Abstract

An ectopic meningioma occurred on the upper orbital rim in a 33-year-old man. Removal of this tumor was difficult because of its wood-like consistency and numerous calcifications, but excision led to a good cosmetic and functional result.
