Abstract
Using a methodology developed for industry, the personality traits, abilities, and motivations of CMHC administrators are assessed. The characteristics of these administrators do not appear to be significantly related to the effectiveness of their organization. This finding differs from those in other organizations and may be caused by the uniqueness of the CMHC.Mesh:
