Abstract
We describe a case of a child operated on for an anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery and proximal hypoplasia of the anomalous coronary, in whom residual inducible myocardial ischaemia was detected by means of transesophageal atrial pacing combined with transthoracic echocardiography.Entities:
