Abstract
Surveys have been carried out to estimate the levels of ochratoxin A in pork, poultry, coffee, beer and pulses. A total of 286 samples were analysed. The results show that compared with cereals and cereal products the contribution from the foods surveyed to the total intake of ochratoxin A by the Danish population must be considered to be of less importance.Entities:
