Abstract
Capsular bag distension syndrome after endophacoemulsification and in-the-bag intraocular lens (IOL) implantation has been reported. We describe 2 cases in which sulcus implantation of a posterior chamber IOL caused marked capsular bag distension. Both cases resolved with conservative treatment or a neodymium:YAG posterior capsulotomy.Entities:
