Abstract
An unusual presentation of a giant intracranial aneurysm is demonstrated. The patient was a 58-year-old woman who developed sudden onset of headache followed by generalized seizures. CT scan showed a high-density lesion in the middle cranial fossa with extensive vasogenic edema. Possible mechanisms for the edema are discussed.Entities:
