Abstract
In chronic tophaceous gout, tophi may occur in various tissues of the body. The joints are one of the main tissues of the tophaceous deposits. The articular surface may be coated by heavy deposits. We present a case of a patient with chronic tophaceous gout where the tophaceous deposits formed an intra-articular mass causing symptoms of a loose body.Entities:
