Abstract
An unusual case is reported of posttraumatic nonunion of the clavicle in a 7-year-old girl, which was treated by surgical stabilization with a Kirschner wire and apposition of cancellous bone chips taken from the proximal right tibial metaphysis. At clinical examination 2 years after surgery, the patient was symptom-free, and she had a full range of motion of the shoulder. Radiographs showed a very good remodeling of the bone, with only a minimal difference between the two clavicles.Entities:
