Abstract
We describe an extremely rare case of successful arterial switch operation for an infantile complete transposition of the great arteries associated with ventricular septal defect and anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery in which the left main coronary artery arose from the posterior sinus of the pulmonary artery and the right coronary artery and an accessory branch arose from the aorta.Entities:
