Abstract
A 44-year-old woman with severe variant angina refractory to maximal medical therapy and at risk of sudden death was successfully treated by a NIR stent implantation on a moderate lesion of LAD. Six months later she was asymptomatic, without in-stent restenosis. This procedure represents an alternative treatment for patients with refractory vasospastic angina.Entities:
