Abstract
Endometrial intraepithelial carcinoma (EIC) is associated with tumors of high nuclear grade and usually is seen in endometria without complex atypical hyperplasia. Tumor cells oftentimes show an accumulation of mutant p53 protein. This report describes a case of EIC detected by endometrial brush cytology and p53 immunostaining, and confirmed by hysterectomy.Entities:
