Abstract
The authors present a unique case of a woman with Crouzon disease who was treated for symptomatic exorbitism with a modified Le Fort III osteotomy. Midface advancement with reduction of exorbitism was accomplished without intermaxillary fixation. The technical details are described.Entities:
