Abstract
Systemic lupus erythematosus associated aortic aneurysm with or without dissection is an uncommon manifestation of the disease, but it exists and can be a grave complication. We describe 3 patients and compare them to others in the literature. Controlling hypertension and using steroid sparing agents where possible may help in preventing this complication.Entities:
