Abstract
The authors report the case of a 73-year-old patient presenting with polymorphous ventricular tachycardias one to 3 months after radiofrequency His bundle resection, as soon as the pacing frequency was reduced to 70 bpm. The clinical history revealed the existence of a possible clinical predisposition, as this patient had experienced an episode of torsade de pointe induced by hydroquinidine, one year previously. This case illustrates the importance of selecting a sufficiently high minimal stimulation frequency after His bundle resection.Entities:
