Abstract
Twelve cases of distal digital keratoacanthoma (DKA) affecting the subungual area or the proximal nail fold are reported. The distal phalanx of the toe was affected in three cases. Spontaneous resolution occurred in one; one other recurred after surgery. We also discuss the link between DKA and incontinentia pigmenti subungual tumours; these entities are indistinguishable.Entities:
