Abstract
This technique uses a combination of monopolar diathermy and suction to perform a controlled resection of the adenoids in a near bloodless field. A clear view of the entire resection is obtained with a mirror. There is minimal blood loss and postoperative haemorrhage rate is extremely low. The authors describe the technique used and discuss their experience.Entities:
