Abstract
Human recombinant granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) has become a treatment of choice for neutropenia of diverse etiologies. We describe a 71-year-old man who, while receiving G-CSF for graft failure after peripheral blood stem cell transplant, developed dramatic extramedullary granulopoiesis that mimicked recurrent lymphoma.Entities:
