Abstract
We describe a schwannoma of the obturator nerve in a woman 66 years old. It was diagnosed only postoperatively because of the aspecificity of the symptoms. The difficulty of making a correct diagnosis during surgery is discussed, and the potential serious consequences of total excision of the nerve are described.Entities:
