Abstract
A case is reported in which the dorsal and palmar aspects of the fingers in a severely crushed hand were covered by combining a pedicled Scarpa's fascia flap and a groin flap. Secondary heterotopic finger transposition was additionally performed to restore satisfactory hand function. An acceptable result was obtained.Entities:
