Abstract
Extensor tendon rupture as a complication of Kienbock's disease is rare. We report a case of attritional rupture of the extensor tendon to the index finger by a comminuted dorsal fragment of the lunate after Kienböck's disease in an elderly woman. Excision of the fragment and extensor reconstruction with tendon graft led to a favourable result.Entities:
