Abstract
Exertional heat stroke may be complicated by mild neurological deficits, usually with complete convalescence. This may be associated with metabolic disorders inherent to hyperthermia such as a marked coagulopathy. We report a case of a previously healthy 20 year old male who died in the course of exertional heat stroke complicated by intracerebral hemorrhage.Entities:
