Abstract
> Gitelman's syndrome is primary renal tubular hypokalemic metabolic alkalosis with hypocalciuria and magnesium deficiency. We present the prenatal course and outcome of two pregnancies in a patient with Gitelman's syndrome. The complication encountered was oligohydramnios. Close monitoring of serum magnesium and potassium, amniotic fluid volume, and fetal growth is required.Entities:
