Abstract
Large and deep soft-tissue defects of the face usually require resurfacing by free-tissue transfer. An appropriate free flap for facial reconstruction may be harvested from the retroauricular and temporal region utilizing two arterial pedicles (superficial temporal artery and posterior auricular artery). This flap provides normal color, texture, and thickness and thus is an optimal anatomic and aesthetic reconstruction with minimal donor-site morbidity.Entities:
