Abstract
Chronic eosinophilic pneumonia (CEP) is a rare disease characterized by a progressive symptomatic deterioration of more than 1 month, pulmonary infiltrates with eosinophils, and a dramatic response to corticosteroid treatment. We describe a patient with CEP who presented with right upper lung infiltrates with evidence of cavitation.Entities:
