Abstract
The case of a 29-year-old woman with aplastic anaemia in remission who relapsed during pregnancy is reported here. Following successful Caesarean delivery, spontaneous remission was obtained and the patient remains well thereafter. Pathogenetic and therapeutic aspects of this rare complication of pregnancy are discussed.Entities:
