Abstract
This paper deals with mutagenicity tests with 3,4-benzpyrene in mice oocytes of the strain NMRI and Chinese hamster bone-marrow cells. The mutagenic effect of this hydrocarbon was observed in both test systems. Investigations of bone-marrow chromosomes clearly show dose-response curves.Entities:
