Abstract
Many hearts, although considered morphologically biventricular, may not be candidates for a biventricular repair. Such patients are best placed on a Fontan algorithm. This article reviews in broad principles those hearts that, despite being biventricular, do not lend themselves to a two-ventricle repair.Entities:
