Abstract
Intraosseous ganglion cysts rarely occur in the hand or wrist. We present a case of a soft tissue ganglion cyst that communicated with the intraosseous ganglion of the scaphoid. Typical diagnostic studies include radiography, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging. The diagnosis was made in this case by injection of Urografin into the soft tissue ganglion. The patient underwent excision of both ganglion cysts, resulting in a satisfactory outcome.Entities:
