Abstract
Two cases of posttraumatic irreducible compound dislocation of the interphalangeal joint of the thumb are presented. This rare injury requires surgical intervention with anatomic repositioning of the structures responsible for the irreducibility viz. the long Flexor tendon and the volar plate.Entities:
