Abstract
A patient with a locally advanced cervical esophageal carcinoma invading the trachea underwent total esophagopharyngolaryngectomy and resection of the posterior wall of the trachea. The esophagus was repaired with a gastric pull-up, and the posterior defect in the trachea was repaired with a free radial forearm flap, obtaining a satisfactory result.Entities:
