Abstract
Penile prosthesis malfunction is associated with mechanical failure as well as with infection requiring removal of the prosthesis. We report on the 2 first cases in the literature of inflatable penile prostheses in the presence of inguinal hernia. We advocate early hernia repair in patients with inflatable penile prostheses to avoid malfunction related to hernia.Entities:
