Abstract
An injury prevention program for the athlete combines conditioning and warm-up with appropriate stretching and strengthening exercises. Rehabilitation after injury is necessary and must include not only re-establishment of strength but also an aggressive program for restoring and maintaining muscle length.Mesh:
