Abstract
Suprapubic catheterization is a common procedure in continence surgery and hematuria is a common complication after suprapubic catheterization. The authors report an unusual case of acute clot retention after the removal of a Cystofix suprapubic catheter in a patient who had had a Burch colposuspension. Suprapubic cystotomy as an alternate suprapubic method is also discussed.Entities:
