An unusual case of Stafne bone cavity with extra-osseous course of the mandibular neurovascular bundle.

Abstract

This report describes a case of Stafne's cavity in combination with an extra-osseous course of the mandibular neurovascular bundle in the upper region of the bony defect. The radiographic approach and diagnosis including CT examination are presented.
