Abstract
The combination of congenital absence of the cervix and vagina is an extremely infrequent anatomic abnormality. We report a patient in whom this combination was diagnosed preoperatively by magnetic resonance imaging and managed surgically in a two-stage procedure using a modified McIndoe vaginoplasty followed by the creation of a uterovaginal fistula.Entities:
