Abstract
Advances in the study of G-protein-coupled receptor regulation have provided novel insights into the role of G-protein-coupled receptor kinases and arrestins in this process. Of particular interest are recent studies that have dramatically expanded the known cellular functions of these molecules to include roles in receptor endocytosis and activation of MAP kinase signalling pathways.Mesh:
