Abstract
A case report is presented in which correction of a thoracolumbar scoliosis, due to extensive fibrous dysplasia, is achieved using segmental spinal instrumentation with a 6-year follow-up. Pseudoarthrosis developed due to insufficient hook fixation at the sacrum.Entities:
