Abstract
Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) have rarely been reported after treatment with nucleoside analogues, and mainly in patients who have also received alkylating agents. We report a patient who developed MDS (refractory anaemia with ring sideroblasts) after treatment with pentostatin (deoxycoformycin) alone.Entities:
