Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To report an additional case of incarceration of the penis by a heavy metallic object. METHODS/ RESULTS: A case of incarceration of the penis by a heavy metallic object (3400 gm) that was resolved by multiple puncture of the glans penis is described. After release, no complications were observed; penile morphology was completely recovered, erectile function was preserved and micturition was normal. CONCLUSION: Multiple puncture of the glans penis was demonstrated to be useful in the management of this case of penile incarceration.
