Abstract
This article discusses the important secondary causes of osteoporosis that contribute significantly to bone loss and that seem to increase fracture risk, including hypogonadism, endogenous and exogenous thyroxine excess, hyperparathyroidism, malignancies, gastrointestinal diseases, medications, vices, and connective tissue diseases.Entities:
