Abstract
Bone pain, anemia, renal failure, and paraproteinemia are common manifestations in patients with multiple myeloma. In this article, we describe an elderly woman with multiple myeloma who had unusual manifestations of cutaneous xanthomatosis, temporal arteritis, and retinal vasculitis. The literature of the dermatologic, ocular, and rheumatologic manifestations of multiple myeloma is reviewed, and the clinical significance of vasculitis in multiple myeloma is discussed.Entities:
