Abstract
Coronary artery disease is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in patients who have undergone heart transplantation. Patients are often asymptomatic during the onset of the disease, and managing the disease is difficult. This report describes the case of a patient with post-transplantation coronary artery disease who, despite the severe, progressive appearance of the disease on angiographic examination, showed evidence of autorevascularization and collateralization.Entities:
