Abstract
A patient with mirror movements associated with cervical meningocele has been presented in this report. The MRI showed normal cerebrum and cervical meningocele, and an anomaly at the posterior to the cervical spinal cord-medulla junction. Unilateral transcranial magnetic stimulation evoked bilateral responses at similar latencies on the thenar muscles which are quite different from those observed in normal subjects. This case adds another etiological cause to the mirror movements.Entities:
