Abstract
A case report is presented describing the treatment of a right maxillary supernumerary incisor with dens invaginatus. Extensive caries penetration into the invagination space was subsequently followed by contamination of the included tissue, but no pulp pathosis has been detected. The purpose of this case report was to present a treatment modality that enabled the preservation of pulp vitality by a conservative endodontic approach.
