Abstract
This case report is of a 25-year old man with severe diphenylhydantoin-induced hepatitis, fever, rash and generalized lymphadenopathy. Hepatic histology and lymphocyte transformation tests strongly supported the diagnosis. He made an uneventful recovery with supportive therapy.Entities:
